Ponytails By Khayla operate on a near zero inventory model, meaning we only make our ponytails when they are ordered. Shipping takes between 3 - 4 weeks from the date we confirm your order. After we have received your payment it may take a couple of days to process.

Whilst our shipping times takes longer we believe that the future of our planet is more important.

All PonytailsbyKhayla are made to order. For hygiene purposes all sales are final and all products are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Depending on the area that you live in we may be able to provide a colour match service. To book this please fill out our contact us form.

If you happen to fall out of our local and surrounding area - you may send us a picture and we can provide you with a sample pack of similar colours. Please note that sample packs are chargeable, however this amount will be deducted if you then purchase a ponytail.

We offer a variety of different hair textures for our ponytails. Please see below all of the textures we have available. If you would like your ponytail teased and curled, this option is available please just add this to your Price Quote Form.

Our Ponytails come in the following lengths: 16", 18" & 20". If you would like a longer ponytail, please get in contact with us.

All PonytailsByKhayla will arrive straight. We do provide a teasing and curling service which is available at an additional cost of £30.

Yes - of course!

There is however an additional charge of £10 for 2 colours and £15 for 3 colours . This can be requested on our Price Quote Form.

We recommend placing it back in its original box after each use. This helps prevent tangling.

Less is more! We only recommend using the four approved styling products listed with your ponytail (these are safe for human hair extensions). Avoid heavy oils as these can damage the hair over time.

3. Got 2 Be Glued to hold curls and tease

4. Got 2 Be Oil for the ends to prevent it drying out

Treat your ponytail just like your natural hair. Use a gentle, sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner. Hold it at the top and use downward strokes. Rinse with lukewarm water and always allow it to air dry. Do not tumble dry or use excessive heat.

Yes , we recommend giving your ponytail a deep conditioning treatment after each competition season. This helps restore moisture, softness, and shine, keeping it in great condition for next season.

Yes, our ponytails are made from 100% human hair and can be styled using low to medium heat. Always use a heat protectant before applying any heat to keep the hair healthy.

After wearing your ponytail, you may need to refresh the tease and re-curl lightly , but you shouldn’t have to completely re-tease it from scratch. A quick touch-up will help it keep its shape and volume, ready for the next wear.

Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, starting from the ends and working your way up. Always detangle gently to avoid shedding or breakage.

With the right care and storage, your Ponytails by Khayla ponytail can last a minimum of 2 seasons and often much longer!
