Unsure which shade is right for you? Our Colour Sample Pack allows you to confidently match your ponytail colour at home before placing a custom order.

Each pack includes a selection of hair swatches made from 100% human hair, allowing you to compare shades in your own lighting and choose the colour you feel most comfortable with.

This option is ideal if you’re unable to attend an in-person colour match or would like extra reassurance before ordering your custom ponytail.

Important Information

Sample packs are intended as a colour guide only.

Swatches cannot be returned once opened.

Ordering a sample pack does not reserve stock.

Sample pack purchases are non-refundable.

Ponytails By Khayla operate on a near zero inventory model, meaning we only make our ponytails when they are ordered. Shipping takes between 4-6 weeks from the date we confirm your order. After we have received your payment it may take a couple of days to process.

Whilst our shipping times takes longer we believe that the future of our planet is more important.
